  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Choose the specific Dae products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the feedback.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original desert-inspired packaging, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
